Reports
The Reports section is a centralized reporting area designed to measure, analyze, and support decision-making processes for all commercial and operational activities carried out on the marketplace. Through this section, sales performance, operational processes, cost structures, campaign effectiveness, and legal reporting requirements can be comprehensively monitored. Reports provide managers, operations teams, and finance teams with the ability to evaluate the current state of the platform using numerical data and to take strategic actions.
Under the Reports heading, there are five main sub-sections: Sales Reports, Operations Reports, Cost Reports, Campaign Reports, and Withholding Tax Declaration Reports. All of these reports are structured to offer a consistent user experience. On each report screen, the Export Data button located in the upper-right corner allows the displayed report data to be exported in Excel format. This feature facilitates archiving reports, sharing them with different teams, and using them for further analysis.
Sales Report
The Sales Report section is the main reporting area where all sales realized on the marketplace can be analyzed both in summary and in detail. Under this heading, the user is first presented with a graph showing sales amount and number of products sold on a date basis. Using the date range filter on the graph, the desired period can be selected, and once a filter is applied, the order list displayed below is filtered simultaneously. This synchronized structure enables sales performance for a specific period to be evaluated both visually and in tabular form together, helping to quickly analyze periodic trends as well as increases or decreases.
Directly below the graph, a comprehensive and detailed order list related to sales is displayed. Through this list, for each order, it is possible to view in a single screen: the order reference number, line code, customer information (including the customer’s total number of orders to date, email address, and phone number), the merchant to which the order belongs, the category and brand of the product, the purchased product name and quantity, the province and district breakdown of the order address, the invoice type, and the logistics details indicating which shipping company the order was or will be shipped with.
In addition, the sales report presents revenue items such as order shipment status, payment status, shipping revenue, product revenue, and maturity difference revenue; direct cost items such as product costs and payment provider costs; and indirect cost items such as shipping, platform, and marketing costs in detail. The report also includes the date on which the order was realized, any cancellation or return costs if applicable, loyalty points used, and the current order status. In this way, an end-to-end profitability analysis can be performed for each individual order.
When the details of any order row listed are selected, the user is automatically redirected to the relevant order detail page under Sales > Orders in the Console left menu. The information displayed on the order detail screen, the available actions, and the operational workflows are explained in detail under the Orders section within the Sales heading. This redirection enables a seamless transition from reporting to operations, allowing analysis and action processes to be managed without interruption.
Operational Reports
Operational Reports offer a visual structure similar to sales reports, but differ in purpose and focus. The primary objective of this report is to enable analysis of orders based on operational flow, product-level movements, and process performance rather than financial outcomes.
Under this section, users are first presented with a date-based chart displaying sales amount and number of products sold. The desired date range can be selected directly on the chart to apply filtering. Based on the selected date range, both the chart and the list displayed immediately below it are updated synchronously. This structure allows operational intensity within a specific period to be evaluated simultaneously through both visual and tabular views. Although structurally similar to the sales report, the chart in operational reports is designed to track process volume and product movements rather than order performance.
In the comprehensive list displayed beneath the chart, the following fields are presented on a single screen: reference number, barcode, customer full name, total order count, email information, merchant and trade name, current account code, category, brand, product code, product name and quantity, order address (city/district), invoice type, shipping company, shipment status, payment status, shipping and product revenues, product, platform, and marketing costs, transaction date, product cancellation and return costs, loyalty points, external costs, and order status. These fields enable end-to-end evaluation of the operational and logistics aspects of orders.
The key distinction between operational reports and sales reports lies in the absence of a fixed order number at the center of the analysis. While sales reports typically structure listings around order numbers and order lines, operational reports emphasize product, merchant, category, logistics, and cost breakdowns. As a result, operational reports more clearly reveal product movements within the system independent of individual orders, highlight where operational intensity occurs, and identify the operational costs generated at different stages.
Cost Reports
Cost Reports is a reporting area that enables detailed analysis of cost items related to transactions carried out on the platform. Like other reporting pages, this report is structured with a chart section at the top and a detailed listing area at the bottom. While the chart area allows for a quick view of overall trends, the main analysis is performed through the listing area.
In this report, the listing is based on Delivery ID. For each delivery, the associated order, the seller who fulfilled it, and all financial breakdowns related to the delivery are displayed in a single row. The list includes total delivery amount, product cost, delivery fee, commission amount, installment difference, shipping cost, platform and other operational costs, as well as cancellation–return costs and loyalty point costs, if any. This structure enables the cost impact of each delivery on both the platform and the seller to be examined in a detailed and comparable manner.
The primary purpose of Cost Reports is to make cost items generated throughout delivery and order processes visible on a per-item basis. Through this report, the costs created by each delivery on the platform and seller sides can be clearly tracked, supporting effective control of operational costs.
When any row in the list is clicked, the user is directed to the relevant order detail screen under Sales > Orders in the Console left menu. This allows direct linkage between cost data and order details, enabling end-to-end analysis.
Campaign Report
The Campaign Report is located under the Marketing section within the Reports heading and follows a structure similar to other reporting screens, consisting of a chart in the upper section and a detailed list in the lower section. While the chart area allows for a quick view of the overall impact of campaigns, detailed analysis is carried out through the listing area.
In this report, the listing progresses based on the reference number. For each reference number, product barcode, customer and seller information, product category and brand details, address, invoice, and shipment information are displayed. One of the key fields that distinguishes the campaign report from other reports is the Audience Type; this field allows clear tracking of which target audience the campaign was applied to. In addition, campaign type, product cost, any cancellation–return costs, loyalty point usage, and status information are also shown. This structure enables the performance and impact of campaigns to be evaluated on a product, customer, and audience basis.
Withholding Tax Declaration Reports
Withholding Tax Declaration Reports are a reporting area provided to track withholding tax calculations related to sales transactions on the platform in compliance with legal regulations and to support declaration processes. Unlike other reports, this report does not include charts; it is structured entirely around summary and detail lists focused on declaration and accounting. The purpose is to present the amounts subject to withholding tax on a periodic basis in a clear, traceable, and auditable manner.
Under the Summary Reports heading, the list consists of the following columns: Period, Sender, VAT-Included Sales Amount, VAT-Excluded Sales Amount, Withholding Tax Rate, and Description. This view aims to present, at a summary level, which sales belonging to which seller or sender are subject to withholding tax, at what rate, and what the tax base amounts are for the relevant period. In this way, period-based withholding tax liabilities can be quickly reviewed and compared prior to declaration.
On the Detail Reports page, the focus shifts to the collection aspect of withholding tax calculations. This section includes the fields Period, Total Collected Amount, and Description. Detail reports enable tracking of the total amounts collected from sales subject to withholding tax on a periodic basis and help ensure consistency between accounting records and declaration processes.
